I entered the Burger Contest that was held by the LA Times. This ran over the Memorial Day weekend. Contestants were asked to write up their recipe for their favorite burger and to provide a picture of it. I made my LOW-CARB GORGONZOLA AVOCADO BURGER WRAP-UPS. Since the recipe is "out there" now and if it is one of the winners it will be printed in the Food Section of the Times, I'm going to give you the recipe.
