Solid Gold® Cinna-Bone® Biscuits are premium all-natural baked medium-sized dog biscuits that are made in the USA.
When we were first introduced to Solid Gold® the representative spent a lot of time with us since we were rescuing dogs. The first “natural” dog food in the United States and known for specializing in the development of “non-allergenic” products made our eyes wide as we listened.
Now we have Sandie, a young 12 year-old Sharpei Mix (with Lab) and we are reaching out to Solid Gold® again and this time for their biscuits.
I was given the opportunity to do a product review for the Solid Gold® Cinna-Bone® biscuits in exchange for a full bag of this treat. Their Biscuits are developed using only premium quality, natural ingredients. This is important to John and I because we only want to feed the best to our dog.
She loved the treat the minute we presented it to her. A nice crunch without being too hard on her teeth since she is a Senior. We use this treat as something in the afternoon when she has woken up from her nap and is eager to play. We like to break the bone up and run around the room with her.
"Cinnamon is known for lowering blood sugar, triglycerides and LDL (bad cholesterol). Its anti-microbial effects suppress the development of E. coli, Salmonella and Staphylococcus. It also kills mosquito larvae more effectively than DEET, a common pesticide. Cinnamon has antioxidant effects, keeps cells from oxidizing rapidly (aging) and settles the stomach."
Knowing this information, we feel good about using Solid Gold® Cinna-Bone® biscuits and taking our dog outside and to the beach. We want to have longevity in Sandie's life and that she enjoys the taste of her food and treats.
