I may be the first adult doing this for myself and my husband. We don't have young children. Ours are grown adult men. My dietary needs (only being able to eat 6 small meals a day because of my GERD and how much food I can eat at one time.) I have to be a grazer. This has been going on for me for about 30 years. Here's an article about the way we should all eat: http://www.wikihow.com/Eat-Properly Here's another article by FITDAY talking about 5 small meals a day: http://www.fitday.com/fitness-articles/nutrition/healthy-eating/the-5-meals-a-day-plan-why-you-should-be-eating-smaller-portions-more-frequently.html And finally: http://www.thatsfit.com/2011/01/24/rethinking-six-small-meals-a-day/
So when I found Muffin Tin Monday, I knew this was a home for me! I hope they may consider others like myself who need to do this as adults. :o)
This is the kind of lunch that I will have. Thanks to Web Md for this photo! |
