I'm getting older and I knew it was going to happen but I try  with every ounce of my being to fight as it happens. Living at the beach, the sun can really ruin your skin and mostly the face.  I've always put on sun screen the beach, but I mainly got a lot of sun over my childhood into my last year of college.

The only creams and lotions I have used are from Avon.  And I really don't need any because at age 54 right now, my skin is flawless!  Good genes.  Good diet.

When I was provided with the opportunity to try this free sample I received to review, I jumped at the chance.
I wanted to see if I could improve my skin even more than it is.  I've been using this for about 3 weeks now and I notice that my skin tone is fully improved. The color of my skin is healthy!  I'm really happy that my throat looks so good.  I'm proud to say that I don't have any wrinkles or fine lines or crow's feet. No

According to the package this Matcha tea powder does all of the following:

As I am having my daily ice cold soothing Matcha green-tea smoothie (with a banana, blended in my blender with some ice cubes) Sometimes I put a handful of blueberries in the blender as well to increase anti -oxidants. I am happy to say that I am going to be buying more of this product as it has become a source of energy that I need.

I have daily online projects and postings to handle and with this drink, first thing in the morning, I find that as my day goes on I am better focused to do these things at hand.  I feel an increase in my metabolism and I'm finding that I only drink one cup of coffee a day.  Don't get me wrong, I loved that second cup because I love coffee, but I long to drink this smoothie each morning instead of that second cup.

My dog LOVES these. She has always gone for oven-baked biscuits and the flavor is one of her favorite choices. First day back to REAL LIFE because of my new wheelchair!

Wow, it's so nice to be out at the Ventura Harbor again and eating our favorite seafood at Andria's and John was just happily walking along pushing me on my wheelchair.  I had the dog leash so that Sandie could go with us.   All the people love her and want to pet her.   She just loves the attention!

Ventura Harbor Cove Beach

Year-round we enjoy going to the Ventura Harbor Cove Beach.  We can watch the ships and boats go in and out of the harbor.
I can say that we will definitely be back here in September.  It's very close to the Pumpkin Patch and that's on our yearly calendar!

Jamberry Nail Review

If I could afford the $15.00 I would get this again.  But I have a nice alternative for $5.00 at AVON.

At first look at the product I thought that they were too thick for my nails.  But surprisingly not, they fit well and I had some for a pedicure as well.

I didn't have any comments from friends because I'm immobile and can't get to visit them.  My husband said that they were very expensive when we can get them at Avon for $5.00 a set (and still have some for a pedicure!)

I'm rating them a 3/5 because of the cost.

Robin Williams and me

As someone who daily battles with DAILY with depression and has attempted suicide a couple of times, I can tell you that there is nothing "SELFISH" about the whole thing. I want to scream every time I see someone say that. We fight our demons daily and no amount of prayer is going to take it away because it is a medical condition. God created us with depression. I'm sorry Christian friends, but I've battled this my whole life and the only person to ever see it me was a medical doctor.

My psychiatrist of 17 years was a real God send. He always has me taper off the one medication if I start to get too hyper. I have several support groups on FaceBook but the real support is my wonderful husband and my incredible dog! I also belong to a Christian group online and get a daily writings from people like me (Chronic Illness, Invisible Illness) that are grounded in the Word. I am amazed at how people in these groups and the ones who write have way many more illnesses, diseases than myself and who endlessly supply support to others.

Over the years here on FaceBook, I have shared things not to get friends to feel sorry for me but to ask for prayer and good thoughts and energies and any words of support. Some have hurt when I hurt and are happy when I'm happy. One of the worst things to say to a person, is "I'll pray for you." Another time I will share again why that is.

We don't know what Robin Williams was struggling with at the time of his depression.  His wife may not even know.  Our issues are complicated and only a PROFESSIONAL DR. and PROFESSIONAL Support should attempt to diagnose or medicate we who have it.   Sometimes going off meds. creates a horrible experience and that is when people make this permanent solution (not to a temporary problem..... sometimes a lifetime problem) and it's very hard to explain to anyone just exactly what sets us off into a major downward spiral or what it will be that stops that spiral and helps us move upward.

So please....  if you have never understood the disease, take today to search online about it.  Ask your friend with depression any questions you may have.
